Horizontal Looper High-Speed Layout
The AKS high-speed horizontal bright annealing furnace is designed for smooth strip movement and controlled tension through a horizontal looper route. The configuration is developed around confirmed strip grade, width model, coil data and production rhythm.
AKS integrates the looper section with furnace chamber sealing, heating uniformity, atmosphere control and cooling management so the line can sustain bright surface quality at industrial speed.
Process benefits
- Horizontal looper specifications from 4, 6, 8, 10 to 12 layers.
- High-speed strip running range of 40-120 m/min.
- TV value reference range of 10-30 for high-speed furnace selection.
- Stable running speed, low energy consumption and about 15% energy saving compared with peer equipment.
- Controlled cooling to improve flatness and reduce center waves or edge waves.

When to Choose This Layout
Horizontal looper systems are commonly considered when strip routing, plant layout and handling stability are the primary decision factors. AKS reviews foundation space, coil logistics, operator access and production rhythm before confirming the final layout.
