Vertical Looper High-Speed Layout
The AKS high-speed vertical bright annealing furnace uses vertical looper groups to buffer strip movement during coil handling and process transitions. It is suited to plants that need higher line speed, stable strip routing and efficient floor-space use.
The furnace is configured around 200, 300 and 400 series stainless steel strip, with heating, protective atmosphere, cooling and line automation integrated as one production system.
Key engineering advantages
- Vertical looper specifications from 12, 14, 16, 18 to 20 groups.
- High-speed strip running range of 40-120 m/min.
- TV value reference range of 10-30 for high-speed furnace selection.
- Stable running speed, low energy consumption and about 15% energy saving compared with peer equipment.
- Automatic records, fault alarms, Siemens PLC, touch-screen HMI and real-time energy monitoring.
